Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Malaysia seeks an Executive Customer Service to manage the Order-to-Cash process from order creation to cash collection, ensuring accurate fulfilment and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, use SAP for orders and invoicing, monitor AR, and help maintain high customer satisfaction across the DKSH Performance Materials unit in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in customer service or outbound logistics.
• Familiarity with SAP for O2C processes.

Responsibilities

• Create Sales Orders and Delivery Orders in SAP, coordinating stock and timelines.
• Manage outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery and updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse and LSP to streamline operations.
• Track shipments and address delays to protect customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and accurate documentation.
• Create invoices in SAP including returns credits/debits.
• Monitor AR and support collections with customers.
• Identify and resolve order fulfilment and logistics issues.
• Communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor stock levels and allocate for outbound shipments.
