ELANCO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an Associate, O2C to provide end-to-end order management support for ANZ, on a 1-year renewable contract. You will coordinate with regional teams, process orders, resolve disputes, and drive process improvements to enhance customer experience.

The role requires a finance/accounting background, ERP experience (SAP), and strong English communication. The position is based in Malaysia with standard O2C responsibilities and a focus on process accuracy.

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration with 1-3 years of related industry experience or equivalent in Order Management or other accounting function in an MNC or Shared Service.
• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Order Management and Accounting Functions.
• ERP experience with SAP and MS Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Experience supporting low to medium complexity tasks and small/medium projects.
• English proficiency is mandatory; multilingual skills advantageous for supporting regional contacts.

Responsabilidades

• Process manual orders by phone, fax, and email with urgency for high-priority cases.
• Manage customer disputes and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within set timeframes.
• Generate and distribute invoices; monitor aging and prompt collections as needed.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to new team members; contribute to process improvements.
