About the role We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Nurse or Medical Assistant to join our team at UniKLINIK Bukit Jambul in Bayan Lepas, Penang. As a Nurse or Medical Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and greeting patients, and managing patient flow in the clinic
• Assisting with patient registration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records
• Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and ready for patient visits
• Supporting medical staff by performing basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs and providing basic first aid
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the clinic and its supplies
• Answering telephone enquiries and providing information to patients
• Performing administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and other office tasks as required
