Job summary

IOT Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive NPI Engineer to support upcoming New Product Introduction projects. You will collaborate with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely transfer to mass production.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in Program Engineering, NPI or similar roles, frontline manufacturing experience, hands-on use of ERP/MRP systems, and strong BOM/ECN/PPAP knowledge to drive 4M change management and trial builds.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Program Engineering or NPI.
Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and project tracking tools (e.g., Oracle).
Strong understanding of BOM, ECN, PPAP and 4M change management.
Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support all NPI activities including BOM setup and schedule alignment.
Manage ECNs from initiation through full implementation with 4M readiness.
Lead follow-up and closure of NPI issues during trial builds for line readiness.
Prepare PPAP documentation accurately for new product introductions.
Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality teams to drive delivery.
