Job summary

ULTIMATE MACHINING SOLUTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an NPI Engineer to drive new product introductions in a manufacturing environment.

You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality prototypes and production-ready designs. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, 5+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience, and comfort with CNC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• CNC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Identify and manage resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Assist in transitioning prototypes to high-volume production.
