Celestica is seeking an experienced NPI Buying Team Leader in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will own strategic sourcing for new product development, negotiate costs, and manage supplier risk to ensure on-time project delivery within budget.

You will collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality assurance and manufacturing teams, lead RFQ exercises, and drive lead-time reductions and inventory optimization across multiple NPI programs.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in procurement or buying, with NPI experience preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and analytical skills.

• Lead strategic sourcing for NPI projects and manage supplier selection.
• Conduct RFQ planning and material procurement to meet build requirements.
