In this role you will drive weekly MRP outputs, monitor supplier performance, resolve payment discrepancies with A/P, and lead a small team to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain or purchasing.
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervises weekly MRP outputs based on customer orders.
• Ensures materials are available to meet manufacturing build requirements.
• Addresses and resolves possible material shortages.
• Maintains communication with suppliers regarding materials availability, costs, shipping and timing.
• Works with A/P to investigate and resolve supplier invoice payment issues.
• Leads efforts to resolve receipt and supplier invoice discrepancies.
• Manages supplier performance and communications on delivery schedules.
