Job summary

UIS Technologies Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an NPI Process Engineer to lead mechanical process development across major precision projects, bridging product design and manufacturing.

You will design, build, and test new mechanical process systems; develop methods to improve test stand quality; and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Strong CAD with SolidWorks and reading drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of CAD experience using SolidWorks.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical process development for major precision projects.
• Design, construct, shakedown and operate new process test systems.
• Develop new processes to improve test stand quality and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product needs and cost models.
• Provide technical support and resolve manufacturing issues.
