Job summary

CPI (Penang) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements and develop manufacturing capabilities in Penang, Malaysia. The role involves coordinating resources for production line setup, ECN/BOM/IM Code handling in MRP, and supporting NPI projects to ensure readiness and capability.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in Electrical & Electronic or related field, with 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing engineering or related field preferred.
Familiarity with process improvement and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external resources for production line setup and process development.
Plan and create ECN, BOM, and IM Code in the MRP system.
Support NPI projects by ensuring process readiness, equipment qualification, and manufacturing capability.
