Job summary
Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned NPI and process development engineer in Malaysia to drive new connector product assembly lines, from concept to mass production. You will lead DFM reviews, coordinate tooling, and work with suppliers including overseas partners to ensure robust manufacturing launches.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in NPI, process development, or automation in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with semi-automated and fully automated assembly lines and inspection systems.
- Experience with DFM reviews and equipment qualification.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI projects from concept through process development, qualification, validation, and mass production release.
- Develop and establish assembly processes for new connector products, including semi-automated and fully automated production lines.
- Create process flow, manufacturing methods, and production plans based on monthly volumes and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure timely project execution and launches.
- Define equipment and tooling requirements for new product assembly and inspection processes.
- Develop and qualify assembly and inspection equipment and monitor performance against process specs.
