Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage night shift production to meet targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics.

• Implement corrective actions for delays or defects.
• Supervise night shift staff and conduct reviews and training.
• Ensure ISO, GMP, OSHA compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and oversee corrective actions.
• Maintain production records, safety audits, and reports.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Prepare shift performance reports and handovers.
• Collaborate with day shift management to align goals.
