• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees; ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Schedules and assigns personnel to meet production plans and deadlines.
• Maintains production standards and quality by monitoring processes and equipment.
• Researches and negotiates with vendors to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and compliance with policies.
