Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan daily production activities and assign tasks to meet output targets.
• Lead, train, coach and guide production workers.
• Monitor staff attendance and resolve manpower issues.
• Ensure production processes follow food safety protocols and company policies.
• Monitor quality and output; ensure products meet standards.
• Oversee equipment and machinery; arrange routine maintenance.
• Assist with line blockages or breakdowns as needed.
