The role requires at least two years in manufacturing and a Diploma or higher, with willingness to work rotating day/night shifts. You will oversee 5S standards, guide new staff, and drive quality compliance while communicating production goals clearly to the team.

Formación

• Two years or above in relevant field.
• Diploma and above in related fields.
• Mandarin language ability is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Electronics industry experience preferred.
