Job summary

Donaldson Company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate Accountant II to join our finance team on a night shift (9pm-6am). You will manage high volumes of PO and non-PO invoices, validate transactions, and ensure timely posting within SLAs.

You will perform PO matching, resolve discrepancies with stakeholders, support month-end close, and maintain ERP records. Bilingual English and Spanish communication is required to respond to vendors and internal teams and ensure accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Experience processing PO and non-PO invoices.
• Ability to validate invoices with supplier data, PO details, approvals and tax information.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of PO and non-PO invoices accurately and within agreed service level and timelines.
• Perform invoice validation including supplier information, PO details, approvals, tax information and supporting documentation.
• Conduct PO invoice matching and identify discrepancies; coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Review non-PO invoices for authorization, accounting information and supporting documentation before posting.
• Investigate and resolve invoice-processing exceptions, blocked or held invoices, and duplicate-payment risks.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and follow through to closure.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in Spanish and English with timely updates and resolutions.
• Maintain supplier and transaction data in ERP with proper controls.
• Support payment-related activities and ensure invoices are ready for payment processing.
• Support month-end/period-end close, including reconciliations and aged-item resolutions.
• Maintain audit trails to support internal controls and audits.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels; participate in continuous improvements.
