Job summary

Warely in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Account Executive responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships across Malaysia and Singapore.

The ideal candidate will manage client onboarding, provide daily support, and ensure satisfaction with our POS system solutions.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to shift schedules, including night shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in technical account management.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
• Knowledge of POS systems or QA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication.
• Guide clients through onboarding and implementation of POS systems.
• Provide technical support for operational issues related to POS systems.
• Monitor and enhance client system performance and satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate client records and feedback reports.
