Job summary

Donaldson Company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate Accountant II (Spanish Speaker) for a night-shift role (KL time 9pm-6am). You will process PO and non-PO invoices, validate data, and resolve discrepancies while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders in Spanish and English.

The position involves month-end activities, ERP data maintenance, and supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes within our Shared Services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience processing PO and non-PO invoices.
• Ability to respond in Spanish and English with clear status updates.
• Strong attention to detail and process accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of PO and non-PO invoices accurately and within SLAs.
• Perform invoice validation, including supplier information, PO details, approvals, tax data, and documentation.
• Conduct PO invoice matching and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Review non-PO invoices for proper authorization and documentation.
• Support month-end closing and SAP/ERP-related tasks.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams in Spanish and English.
