The Next Gen Talent Program at DHL Supply Chain is an entry-level development role designed to provide hands-on exposure to warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.

The trainee will participate in structured learning and rotational assignments to develop operational, analytical, and leadership skills while supporting daily warehouse activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum CGPA of 3.0

Responsibilities

• Participate in process improvement and operational excellence projects.
• Learn and apply warehouse management system (WMS) processes and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer service.
