Job summary

Oxydata Software in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Network Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales team with technical expertise, qualifying leads, and designing solutions for enterprise networking.

You will deliver POC and product demonstrations, prepare BOMs for RFQ/RFP submissions, and collaborate with principals, sales, and product teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements; willing to travel within Klang Valley is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or professional degree in CS/IT.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Legal right to work in Malaysia; visa sponsorship not available.
• Strong DNS/NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP knowledge.
• Willing to travel around Klang Valley.
• Experience with pre-sales in enterprise networking (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet).
• Experience supporting sales in pre-sales or solution-architect roles.
• Familiarity with BOM for RFQ/RFP/tender submissions.
• Medical coverage (outpatient and inpatient).

• Conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and product demonstrations.
• Provide technology updates and technical guidance to customers.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for RFQ/RFP/tender submissions.
• Act as the main technical resource for customer inquiries regarding features and integration.
• Collaborate with principals, sales teams, and product teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong understanding of DNS & NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel around Klang Valley.
• Experience with pre-sales solution design for enterprise networking products (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
• Experience supporting sales teams in technical pre-sales or solution architect roles.
• Familiarity with preparing Bill of Materials (B.O.M) for RFQ/RFP/tender submissions.
• Medical coverage (outpatient and inpatient)
