Knowledge of vessel stowage to achieve maximum utilization, optimum sailing condition for vessels, and optimum productivity for loading and discharging ports.
Calculate slot/space requirements for capacity management in Asia region.
Manage daily vessel operations, including vessel scheduling and allocation, while ensuring established KPI are achieved and maintained.
Knowledge of port operations, port efficiency, and transshipment activities would be an added advantage.
Handle vessel contingency planning, including vessel phase-in and phase-out activities, with comprehensive cost analysis and comparison.
Management reporting and support to headquarters.
Independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Able to work long hours, on weekends and public holidays when required.
Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Working knowledge of CASP is essential but not necessary.
Believe in team-driven culture.
English as the main base and the ability to speak various languages is also welcome.
