Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is hiring a Network Engineer (JunOS Factory) to support the IP VPN backbone, ensuring high availability and performance. You will collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deploy upgrades, expand capacity, troubleshoot faults, and maintain rigorous operational documentation.

Ideal candidates have a related engineering degree, about 5 years of network experience, and hands-on Cisco/Juniper gear knowledge; CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/JNCIS certifications

Qualifications

• Degree in a related engineering field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in network operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP and MPLS/IP VPN.
• Knowledge of router/switch architecture and maintenance practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with teamwork.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Network operations & maintenance of the IP VPN backbone.
• Implement upgrades and expansions, troubleshoot faults.
• Prepare performance reports and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support service delivery and timely restoration of services.
