Job summary

Singtel KL is seeking a GSP Provisioning Engineer to support provisioning and activation of enterprise IP and managed network services. You will coordinate with customers, field engineers and regional teams to ensure on-time delivery and high service quality.

You should have a Diploma or Degree in IT/Engineering, solid IP networking knowledge, and certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or JNCIA. The role offers growth within a dynamic regional team in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in network engineering, telecommunications, or enterprise network operations.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA or equivalent expertise.
• Good understanding of IP networking concepts and enterprise connectivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, test, and activate enterprise IP and managed network services with customers and field teams.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and fault isolation during service activation.
• Support deployment of IPVPN, Ethernet, Metro Ethernet, Cloud, and Managed Services.
• Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth customer implementations.
