Job summary

Monks is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support NetSuite ERP and other finance technology systems. You will manage tickets, provide user support, and perform system administration to ensure smooth resolution and accurate reporting.

Based in APAC, the role will collaborate with finance, IT, and external consultants across time zones, focusing on APAC inquiries while supporting global requests when in local time. A structured, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS or related field preferred.
• Strong organisation skills to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Detail-oriented approach with structured issue tracking and resolution.
• Excellent communication with users, system managers, IT and external consultants.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with NetSuite ERP or similar finance systems.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and finance technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for finance system queries and issue resolution.
• Manage and track tickets through the ticketing system with timely follow-ups.
• Provide day-to-day NetSuite ERP system administration and support for finance tech platforms.
• Troubleshoot basic issues (e.g., login, data entry) and escalate complex cases.
• Collaborate with finance, Tech teams and external consultants to coordinate resolutions.
• Ensure tickets are logged, tracked and resolved in an organized manner.
• Assist with finance process improvements and streamline system workflows.
• Support system upgrades, testing new releases and documenting changes.
• Assist users in creating and maintaining saved searches, dashboards and reports in NetSuite.
• Support data accuracy and reporting consistency across systems.
• Help document best practices and training materials for users.
