Job summary

Onitsuka Tiger is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead NetSuite ERP implementation and ongoing support across multiple markets. You will coordinate with regional teams and vendors to translate global designs into local processes, drive user readiness, and oversee data migration, testing, and go-live activities.

The role involves acting as the primary local contact during implementation and hypercare, while supporting future ERP projects and ensuring compliance with regional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in NetSuite, ERP implementation, or enterprise business systems support.
• Experience participating in at least one phase of the ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Good understanding of Finance, Inventory, and/or Retail operations.
• Strong business systems and ERP knowledge, with NetSuite as the primary platform.
• Able to translate business requirements into system solutions and operational execution while working closely with business users, vendors, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local IT lead for NetSuite implementation and rollout.
• Partner with Regional IT and implementation partners to translate global designs into local processes.
• Support testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Drive local user readiness, training, and adoption.
• Serve as primary local contact during implementation and hypercare.
• Support future ERP or major system implementations.
• Provide ongoing support for ERP and core business applications.
• Coordinate issue resolution between local users, regional IT, and vendors.
• Bridge between business users and Regional IT, translating requirements into system execution.
• Manage system enhancements and change requests.
• Maintain system documentation and basic training materials.
• Coordinate IT readiness for new store openings in assigned markets.
• Support new office setup, relocation, or expansion activities.
• Ensure stores and offices are operationally IT-ready at launch.
• Coordinate local IT vendors and outsourced service providers for infrastructure and technical setup, under guidance and standards defined by Regional IT.
• Monitor vendor deliverables and service quality.
• Escalate risks or issues to Regional IT proactively.
• Act as local IT representative for assigned markets.
• Work closely with Regional IT and local business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regional IT, security, and data governance standards.
• Provide regular progress, risk, and operational updates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in NetSuite, ERP implementation, or enterprise business systems support, preferably in a retail or multi-market environment.
• Experience participating in at least one phase of the ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Good understanding of Finance, Inventory, and/or Retail operations.
• Strong business systems and ERP knowledge, with NetSuite as the primary platform.
• Able to translate business requirements into system solutions and operational execution while working closely with business users, vendors, and regional teams.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and cross-functional regional stakeholders.
• Comfortable supporting and coordinating infrastructure-related activities through vendors, with guidance from Regional IT.
• Hands-on, delivery-focused, and able to work independently while aligning with regional direction and standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable acting as the primary local IT point of contact for business users and vendors.
