Job summary

Hytech is a leading management consulting firm delivering digital transformation and ERP projects across fintech and financial services. We seek a Project Coordinator to gather requirements, coordinate NetSuite ERP configurations, and drive on-time delivery with Finance, IT, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in project coordination or business analysis, with NetSuite familiarity, strong communication, and Chinese and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or business analysis, preferably with ERP or finance system projects.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Basic understanding of finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, and expense management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements gathering, prioritization, and backlogs for finance-related systems and features.
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, and docs for development and vendor teams.
• Maintain project tracker, monitor progress, blockers, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate NetSuite configuration, customization, and system upgrades.
• Gather requirements and support UAT for NetSuite reports and workflows.
• Liaise with NetSuite consultants and vendors to resolve issues and drive timely solutions.
• Organize project meetings, document discussions, and action items.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and blockers and propose mitigation plans.
• Prepare project status reports for management.
