Job summary

You will develop robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation, while contributing to financial digital transformation initiatives and governance. Strong communication in English and Chinese is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CFA highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, translating data into insights.
• Experience in financial digital transformation with ERP, BI tools, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to achieve objectives.

About the Role

The Finance Business Partner (FBP) plays a strategic role in driving business performance through financial insight, analysis, and collaboration. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, this role partners closely with operational teams to support strategic planning, optimize financial performance, and enable data-driven decision-making. The FBP will also contribute to financial digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between financial strategy, business objectives, and the company’s long-term vision.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualifications are highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
• Proven experience in financial digital transformation, with hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, BI tools, and financial analytics platforms to support strategic decision-making.
• Prior experience in large technology or multinational companies (e.g., Huawei) is preferred, with exposure to global operations and cross-cultural working environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions and regions.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written Chinese & English, enabling effective communication with international stakeholders.
