Hytech is a leading management consulting firm helping fintech and financial services clients with digital transformation. We are seeking a proactive Project Support professional in Kuala Lumpur to assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating meetings, and tracking progress.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience, strong organizational and bilingual English/Mandarin skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Coordinate meetings, document updates, and follow up on action items.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Act as a communication bridge between business and IT teams.
