Job summary

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking Finance Executives to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and governance within the Group Finance team. You will handle AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with month-end close while coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting/finance operations, plus strong Excel skills and English proficiency; Chinese is also required for stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• :3+ years in accounting/finance operations or financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities including AP, AR, journal entries, payments, expense claims, bank reconciliations, and month-end close support.
• Prepare group consolidation entries, intercompany and GL reconciliations, support financial reporting and internal analysis.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and assist audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Admin and other stakeholders to resolve accounting matters and support finance operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in finance processes and support ad hoc initiatives.
