- Finance Governance & Compliance: Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records while supporting internal controls, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit activities.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Procurement, Admin, and other internal stakeholders to resolve accounting matters, coordinate finance activities, and support day‑to‑day business operations.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to continuous improvements in finance processes and support ad hoc accounting and operational initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience & Background: 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or financial reporting. Experience supporting month‑end close, reconciliations, and multi‑entity organisations is preferred. A Big 4 audit background is advantageous but not essential.

- Collaboration & Organisation: Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Able to manage changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment and willing to learn new systems and processes. Interest or exposure to financial services, fintech, or digital assets is an advantage.
- Education & Language: Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred. Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent are advantageous. Strong English proficiency is required. Written and spoken Chinese proficiency is required to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders who primarily use Chinese in the course of business.
