Job summary

A technology recruitment firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a .NET Developer to develop and maintain in-house applications. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience with C# and web development, alongside proficiency in SQL and relevant frameworks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in C# & web development using .NET MVC and Entity Framework & .NET Core.
• Familiarity with .NET framework 3.5 or 4.0 and above, AJAX, XML, Web Services, WCF or WWF, IIS.
• Domain knowledge in FinTech/Stockbroking/Banking/Accounting backend systems is an advantage.

Job description

• Reporting and resolving issues related to .NET projects.
• Identifying and handling technical risks and issues.
• Working in a project team alongside other developers.
• Providing technical support to stakeholders in the organization.
• Reporting on project statuses and developments to senior team members.
• Participating in project meetings with management and other team members.

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma Qualification in Computer Science or related field.
• Preferable minimum 3 years of work experience in C# & web development using .NET MVC and Entity Framework & .NET Core.
• Proficiency in SQL including T-SQL Stored Procedures, SSIS & SSRS (preferably MS SQL).
• Familiarity with Web API / Web Service (SOAP, REST) frameworks and development.
• Familiarity with .Net framework 3.5 or 4.0 and above, AJAX, XML, Web Services, WCF or WWF, IIS.
• Familiarity in Responsive Framework like Bootstrap.
• Knowledge in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design using UML.
• Has domain knowledge in FinTech/Stockbroking/Banking/Accounting backend systems will be an added advantage.
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight in a professional and timely manner.
