M. & N Furniture Trading Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to spearhead nationwide sofa sales and drive growth across Malaysia. You will develop strategies, oversee a team, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Accounts to fulfill orders and expand the dealer network.

The role requires 5+ years in sales, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel nationwide. An attractive salary with commissions and training opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience, with experience managing a sales team.
• Experience in sofa, furniture, home living, retail or wholesale industry highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide when required.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to identify new business opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nationwide sales activities for sofa products.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance of the sales team.
• Analyse sales performance and develop action plans for improvement.
• Monitor market demand, pricing and competitor activities in sofa & furniture industry.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to Management.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for sofa products.
• Expand dealer, retailer and business partner network across Malaysia.
• Identify potential new markets, locations and sales channels for expansion.
• Establish and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, interior designers, property developers and other partners.
• Explore showroom expansion, corporate projects and other B2B channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key dealers and major customers.
• Visit dealers and customers regularly to gather market needs and feedback.
• Support sales team in handling major accounts and important customer issues.
• Ensure dealers and customers receive proper support and follow-up.
