Job summary

SPX Express Malaysia is seeking a product and project manager to drive the design, development, rollout, and ongoing enhancement of logistics technology solutions. You will bridge Operations, Business, Engineering, and Regional Product teams to translate business needs into scalable product features and ensure successful delivery from ideation through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 1–5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Operations Excellence, Process Improvement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related tech functions.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects and cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, or technology environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across logistics, warehouse, linehaul, last mile, service points, finance, and customer experience.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into structured product requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend product improvements.
• Lead project execution with milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with regional product, engineering, QA, data, and operations teams.
• Design and execute UAT, validate system behavior, and track defects in Jira.
