Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Diploma in Event Management or related fields encouraged.
• Experience in event coordination or related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate roadshows, promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners for smooth event prep and execution.
• Manage event logistics: schedules, manpower, on-site operations.
• Monitor timelines to ensure on-time delivery per standards.
• Provide on-site coordination and resolve operational issues.
