Job summary

Hap Seng Trucks Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned dealer sales strategist to drive national sales targets and develop dealer development plans across Malaysia. You will monitor dealer performance via KPIs and coordinate with internal teams to align operations and deliver on market demand.

The role emphasizes fleet sales leadership, market intelligence, and the ability to craft discount proposals while guiding dealers in fleet accounts and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in key accounts or dealer management.
• Strong product knowledge in Commercial Vehicles or logistics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize and perform under pressure.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute dealer sales strategies to achieve national sales targets.
• Develop and implement dealer development plans to strengthen dealer capabilities and sales effectiveness.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and allocate dealer-specific targets.
• Drive retail and wholesale sales performance with timely vehicle delivery.
• Collaborate with Logistics, After-Sales, Finance, Assembly, and Marketing for operational alignment.
• Lead fleet sales nationwide and grow fleet business and market penetration.
• Prepare discount proposals for fleet customers and guide dealers in fleet account management.
