Job summary

Luxoft is seeking to define and drive a robust testing strategy and QA framework in Kuala Lumpur. Lead the planning of SIT, UAT and regression phases, and create templates for test cases, execution, and defect reporting from CRM/JIRA extracts.

Collaborate with business SMEs across Front Office, Back Office, ERM and interfaces to develop detailed test scenarios from design documents. You will oversee test execution progress and issue tracking daily and weekly, ensure defect fixes and delivery,

• Experience defining testing strategies and QA processes.
• Plan SIT, UAT and regression phases.
• Create test case templates, data, and defect reports from CRM/JIRA.
• Coordinate with PM/IT teams for SIT/UAT sign-off.

Job description

Define the testing strategy and framework to ensure a high standard of testing and quality assurance is in place

Plan and manage various phases of testing (SIT, UAT & Regression)

Manage the test case preparation, test data preparation, test cycles

Create test case template, test execution status reports template, and defects reports template (consolidated report from CRM and JIRA extracts).

Work with business and technical SME(s) for each stream like Front Office, Back Office, ERM, Interfaces etc. for detailed test case development as per the design documents.

Perform test execution progress and Issues (Daily, Weekly) during the test execution phase and track defect fixes and delivery, and deployment, and drive quality closure of defects

Co-ordinate with Bank's Project Manager, Murex Project Manager, IT team, and entire project team for successful completion and sign-off of SIT and UAT
