Job summary

Luxoft Malaysia is seeking an experienced Murex MX3.1 consultant to join our banking software delivery team. You will work with front-office, risk and operations stakeholders to implement end-to-end trade lifecycle flows, configure Datamart and MxML, and support regulatory reporting with FRTB, EMIR and MiFID knowledge.

The role requires 5+ years in banking/treasury, expertise in SQL, XML, Unix scripting, and interfaces (MQ, FpML, REST/SOAP).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application functionality, preferably in the banking/treasury industry.
• Experience with Murex MX3.1 in a live environment.
• End-to-end trade lifecycle experience and front-office/risk interaction.
• Treasury product knowledge and Murex Datamart configuration experience.
• Strong SQL, XML, Unix/Linux scripting and scheduling skills.
• Experience with integration protocols (MQ, FpML, REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting (FRTB, EMIR, MiFID).
• Experience in Datamart and MxML design and implementation.
• Data model differences between Mx 2.11 and Mx 3.

Responsibilities

• Work with front-office, risk and operations stakeholders to implement end-to-end flows.
• Configure Murex Datamart and MxML for trade processing.
• Develop and maintain Datamart/MxML templates and data mappings.
• Support regulatory reporting and risk management requirements.

Job description

5+ years of experience in application functionality, preferably in the banking/treasury industry.

Experience MX3.1 (Front Office: FXMM, Fixed Income, Equities Product Knowledge, Middle Office Risk: MLC, VaR & Market Data, Back Office & datamart modules.

Experienced in end-to-end flow, including life cycle flows of the trades.

Experienced and knowledgeable in Treasury products.

Experienced in the configuration of the Murex applications.

Murex Application MX3.1.

SQL Experienced in coding and programming.

Murex Datamart Configuration & Development.

MxML data dictionary for workflows and templates.

OSP configurations.

Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, risk management, and regulatory reporting. (e.g., FRTB, EMIR, MiFID).

Experience working with front-office, risk, and operations stakeholders.

Proficiency in SQL, XML, Unix/Linux scripting, and job scheduling tools.

Experience with integration protocols (MQ, FpML, REST/SOAP APIs).

Experience in Murex 3.1 as DataMart and MxML Consultant with more than 2 to 6 years of experience is required.

Good understanding and working experience ofdesigning and implementing Datamart and MxML.

Good understanding on the data model differences between Mx 2.11 and Mx 3.

Experience in Simulation-based Reports and Risk Matrix-based reports, complex reports would be required.
