Job summary

Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd. seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee the complete facilities portfolio in Malaysia, including PJ HQ, parts centres and branches.

You will lead safety, compliance, vendor management and cost-efficient operations to support business needs and a positive workplace experience. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field and 8–10 years of relevant experience across offices and service facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related discipline required.
• Minimum 8–10 years in facilities, workplace or building management.
• Experience across offices, parts centres or service facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and regulatory requirements in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site facilities management for PJ HQ, parts centres and branches in Malaysia.
• Set and monitor standards, conduct site inspections and drive cost-efficient operations.
• Oversee maintenance, building systems and preventive programmes; coordinate contractors.
• Manage budgets, cost reporting, quotes, contracts and insurances.
• Partner with HR on workplace initiatives and employee experience.
• Ensure safety, security, compliance and audits across sites.
