Zurich in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Multinational Customer Service Specialist to join our regional centre. You will service clients across Asia-Pacific with external insurance partners, ensuring data integrity and alignment with global policies.

The role focuses on delivering seamless service to customers and brokers, maintaining policy data, and supporting cross-border insurance operations within Zurich’s international framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in international insurance, fronting business, non-life underwriting, reinsurance or claims is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer focus capabilities.
• Strong focus on responsibility and accuracy.
• English fluency is a must; Chinese language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the seamless experience of customers and brokers with our services.
• Monitor key indicators like policy issuance speed and reinsurance premium collection.
• Maintain data quality in administrative systems.

Multinational Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic specialist to join a team in the regional centre in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia.

We are part of International programs of Zurich and we are helping our clients to manage their risk
globally. The team is responsible for management of insurance partners around 20 countries in Asia
Pacific region. The team also oversees and coordinates the portfolio, policy issuance, premiums and
claims.

Successful candidate will be responsible for servicing clients in cooperation with external insurance
companies.

Your role

• As a Specialist in Multinational Customer Service Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve:
  Support the seamless experience of customers and brokers with our services.


• Observe key performance indicators including the speed of local policy issuance, reinsurance premium collection.


• Maintaining the quality of data in administrative systems.


• Assuring the consistency of local insurance policies and our commitment to the global customer.


• Conduct all activities in line with operating protocols.


• Provide support to customers, colleagues and insurance partners on less usual queries and arrangements.


• Maintain and further develop the relationships with insurance partners.

Your Skills and Experience

As a Specialist in International insurance, your skills and experience will ideally include:

• Passion for insurance, communication and international trade.


• Experience in international insurance, fronting business, non-life underwriting, reinsurance or claims is advantage.


• Technical knowledge of non-life products and operations (Property, Liability, Technical, Motor, Financial lines) is advantage.


• Excellent communication and customer focus capabilities.


• Strong focus on responsibility and accuracy.


• Excellent English is a must, additional language(Chinese language) is an advantage
