Job summary

CB Talents SP in Malaysia is seeking a Service Advisor fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English to assist customers across the local market. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely service delivery.

You will manage appointments and service documentation in a fast-paced environment, with KPI bonuses recognizing performance. Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM–9:30 PM support coverage and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken, written).
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
• Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers to understand their needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Manage appointments, service documentation, and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
