CB Talents SP in Malaysia is seeking a Service Advisor who speaks Mandarin and Cantonese to join our local team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving inquiries and coordinating service delivery.

You will work with internal teams to ensure timely service, manage appointments, documentation, and follow-ups, and contribute to high customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken and written).
