Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Customer Service Associate to handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels. You will assist customers with payments, terminals, transactions and services, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Diploma/Degree in any field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; English is a plus.

Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; English is an added advantage.
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
Assist customers with enquiries related to payment terminals, transactions and services.
Follow up with customers and provide timely updates on service requests.
Coordinate with internal teams and technical support to resolve customer issues.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, requests and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing simple reports and documentation.
Provide good customer service and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
