Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external customers to meet expectations.
• Communicate and cascade workflows to Sales, Planning and support, Quality, Production, Warehouse and Traffic & Finance.
• Actively engage with customers to build strong relationships.
• Timely fulfilment of customers' orders and communication of schedule changes.
• Prepare reports and proposals for customers as required.
• Promote a positive image of the company's services.
• Execute tasks set by HOD and update progress.
