Job summary

United Creation Packaging Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support sales and operations in Malaysia. The role requires handling quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and ERP data entry to maintain accurate customer files and contract documents.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a diploma with experience, with at least 2 years in customer service or sales support, demonstrating leadership and strong communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and file quotations into the master quotation file along with the checklist and individual customer files.
• File purchase orders in the sales master file.
• File sales amendment documents and invoices.
• Ensure all contract review documents are properly maintained and updated.
• Enter offset purchase orders into the registration master list.
• Input daily transport reports.
• Manage and control stock inventory.
• Input data into the ERP system.
