You are a positive, outgoing and customer-oriented professional, able to handle inquiries, complaints and requests, and willing to work weekends and varied shifts to support our growing platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in service, customer support, food & beverage, retail or other high volume ecommerce platforms.
• Tri-lingual: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inquiry management (inbound and outbound): Provide support to users and drivers by answering questions clearly and efficiently.
• Handle customer and driver complaints: Provide appropriate solutions within time limits and minimize dissatisfaction.
• Match supply and demand: Monitor daily operations and proactively engage drivers to maximize fulfillment.
• Understand and follow company procedures: Provide accurate information using the right tools.
