Job summary

Owen KLCA PLT, Melaka-based Chartered Accountants' firm, seeks an Administration Officer to manage office tasks, handle bookkeeping basics, and support client and supplier communications. The role requires multilingual capabilities and strict confidentiality in a busy practice environment.

The successful candidate will work with English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, assist with record-keeping, and participate in routine accounting-related activities while gaining on-the-job training and growth

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or relevant working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; on-the-job trainings will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
