Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to engage with clients across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. You will handle inquiries about services, pricing, packages, promotions, appointments, and availability, while addressing feedback professionally.

You will collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification completed; 1–2 years in customer service preferred.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Good computer skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pleasant personality with a clear and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and relevant social media.
• Respond to enquiries regarding services, pricing, packages, promotions, appointments, and availability.
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Respond to customers through social media, hotline on enquiries, complaints.
• To perform any other task assigned by management as and when required.
