Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking customer service/sales talent to respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, and to handle customer issues professionally while building relationships with clients. Fresh graduates are welcome, and immediate start is a plus.

Experience in IT is advantageous, and proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) is required. A Diploma or SPM is acceptable for consideration, with potential multiple vacancies available.

Qualifications

• Good command of English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage for Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• IT industry experience is a plus.
• Candidate able to start immediately or on short notice is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• At least SPM or a Diploma in any field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customers' calls, live chats, or emails.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new business.
• Document accurately and collect feedback/recommendations from customers.
• Ensure excellent service delivery to customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
