Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated customer service representative in Kuala Lumpur to handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels. You will assist customers with payment terminals, transactions and services, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Fresh graduates are welcomed. Diploma or degree holders with good communication in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (English an advantage) are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; English an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, patient, friendly and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with enquiries related to payment terminals, transactions and services.
• Follow up with customers and provide timely updates on service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and technical support to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, requests and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing simple reports and documentation.
• Provide good customer service and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
