Job summary

A customer service company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a candidate to manage customer inquiries through chats, emails, and calls. Candidates should possess at least a Secondary School certificate and be proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. The position requires teamwork and the ability to generate reports, with opportunities for fresh graduates. The role entails working in Klang Valley and includes rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in any field.
• Fresh Diploma and Degree graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to work in Klang Valley (KL / Selangor).
• Able to work in rotational day shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound contacts and outbound contacts via chats, emails, and calls.
• Provide accurate information to resolve problems.
• Execute reports on the Call Center Operations.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance standards.
• Attend customer service training regularly.
• Educate oneself with up-to-date information.
• Assist in preparation of other processes as assigned.
• Display good team working attitude.
• Participate in company sponsored events.
