Job summary

MR DIY TRADING SDN BHD is seeking a results-driven Retail Operations Lead to manage multiple stores in Johor Bahru. You will lead Branch Managers, drive sales performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and visual merchandising across all locations.

You will analyze KPIs, optimize staffing and expenses, and implement improvements to raise profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. Travel within the assigned zone is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Retail Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven leadership with 5+ years in retail operations, preferably multi-store.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, SOPs, compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the performance of assigned stores to achieve sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer service targets.
• Monitor and analyse store performance, KPIs, manpower productivity, payroll budgets, and operating expenses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with SOPs, standards, safety, visual merchandising, cleanliness, service quality, and regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers to improve store performance and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, sales, customer service, store security, and loss prevention.
